Second Straddle: Sit on the ground put you legs foword then put them to the side and put one hand on a leg you should feel a little burn. Third Kick: Stand up and put one leg in the air. Don't catch it or hold the leg just let it fall. Forth Splits: Go into a lunge and straighten the legs slide into middle, right and left splits. Fifth Turn: Do little turns across the floor for a few minutes. Sixth, Do it all again: Do it all again so you can be really stretched .
